The small print, in plain language

1. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking request made through this website is confirmed once you receive our written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. For most shared tours no deposit is required; private and luxury programs may require a deposit of up to 20% to guarantee accommodation.
2. Prices
Prices are listed in euros per person unless stated otherwise, based on two people sharing. Solo traveler and single-room supplements are quoted on request. Prices include everything listed under "Included" on each tour page and nothing listed under "Not included".
3. Payment
The balance is payable in cash (EUR, USD or MAD) on arrival, or in advance by bank transfer. We do not store or process card details on this website.
4. Cancellation
- More than 7 days before departure: free cancellation.
- 7 days to 48 hours before departure: 50% of any deposit paid may be retained.
- Less than 48 hours / no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.
5. Itinerary Changes
Desert travel depends on weather and road conditions. We reserve the right to adjust routings for safety, always providing an equivalent or better alternative.
6. Responsibility & Insurance
Our vehicles are licensed and insured for tourist transport. Personal travel insurance covering medical care and trip interruption remains the responsibility of each traveler.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably — mint tea included.
